- 2 ripe bananas
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 2 Tbs coconut oil
- 2 Tbs coconut flour
- 1/4 cup honey
- Pinch of cinnamon
- A handful of chopped dates and walnuts
1. Blend everything except the dates and walnuts until smooth.
2. Stir through the dates and walnuts.
3. Bake at 180 for about 25 mins or until cooked through.
4. Try not to eat it all at once 😉
