Rondee began training with us at Red E in June 2016. She jumped in with a positive and hard working attitude. This attitude and consistency with her training has paid off in the results she has today. Rondee has smashed her initial goals and set even greater fitness goals to conquer in 2017. Not only has her strength increased through weightlifting, but her fitness overall – she now attend three one-on-one sessions week plus our Running Program once per week, and a Saturday Bootcamp or Metafit session.
Since starting Rondee has improved her upper body strength (an area which most women struggle with) and her core strength, now being able to lift heavier weights, do push-ups on her toes and full sit-ups and we can’t wait to see the goals she smashes in 2017.
Rondee is an example of what hard work and a great attitude towards a lifestyle change can do. Congratulations Ronee, you have well and truly earned our February ‘Client of the Month’ award!!

What was your motivation to start training with us here at Red E?
I was looking for the whole package – somewhere that offered a personalised approach while offering a variety of training options that allowed me to stay motivated and accountable. Most of all I needed flexibility to train when it suited me.
What were/are your goals?
Initially, I wanted to improve my health, fitness and energy levels. But now I feel like the sky is the limit!
How have you gone with your goals? What achievements have you made?
I started with small realistic goals such as being able to do full sit ups from the floor and being able to do 10 push ups on my toes!! As my health and fitness have improved I have set my sights on the 8km Marina Run.
What benefits do you feel?
I feel fitter and healthier than I have in a very long time. My energy levels have increased; a real bonus when you are juggling work and family commitments.
What did you do to achieve your results?
I committed to three one-on-one personal training sessions a week plus bootcamp on a saturday. I made sure that sessions were scheduled into my week and were a priority. The biggest thing was going even when I didn’t really feel like it ….. No excuses!
What permanent lifestyle changes have you made?
We are definitely more active as a family spending our weekends going swimming or paddle boarding plus good nutrition choices just come naturally now.
Fave “clean” food: Definitely cauliflower rice
Fave ‘not so clean’ food: Camembert cheese
Fave exercise: Bench press
Most “Dreaded” exercise: Burpees
