These home made protein bars are a perfect balance of protein, carbs and fats in one tasty little snack.
- 4 cups rolled oats
- 4 scoops of vanilla protowhey
- 1cup of natural cacao peanut butter
- 1/2 cup almond milk
Smoosh it all together and press it in to a dish. Keep it in the fridge. Use the crumbly left over bits to layer breakfast in a jar.
