We have a little legend training at Red E, who in October 2015, represented Australia in Las Vegas in Go-Karting! Declan Fraser is a highly motivated 14 year old who has been training with us for over a year now. Declan is totally committed to his sport and uses his sessions to work on his muscular endurace and strength to handle his go-kart more efficiently, as well as working on his reaction and agility. His commitment for a young man is admirable, and it’s easy to see why he reached the top of his sport nationally. Congratulations on all of your achievements this year Declan! We are very priveleged to have been a part of your journey to the world stage! You have a very exciting future ahead!! Declan’s amazing year have earned him our final ‘Client of the Month’ Award for 2015!
What was your motivation to start training with us here at Red E?
I started to realise while I was racing that I really needed to gain more muscle, and when I saw that mum was with Red E I automatically thought that they would be a great help.
What were your goals?
My goals when I started at Red E was to improve all of my muscular strength so that I would be able to last a lot longer physically while I was racing.
How have you gone with your goals? What achievements have you made? What benefits do you feel?
After Training at Red E for a year now I have really noticed the differences in not only the look of my body but also the way I can now handle the go kart now.
What did you do to achieve your results?
I worked as hard as I possibly could every session to achieve my goals, but without the help of all the trainers I don’t think I would of been able to do it on my own
What permanent lifestyle changes have you made?
I now realised how important my health is too my career and I have been eating healthier and training a lot more than I ever have.
