- 2 eggs
- 1 piece rye/grain/wholemeal toast
- Salt & Pepper
1. Poach two eggs to your liking.
2. Pop toast in the toaster.
3. Once done, smash avocado onto the toast.
4. Put the poached eggs on top.
5. Sprinkle dukkah on top.
6. Serve with a side of rocket.
7. Squeeze fresh lemon on top.
