Another simple and delicious option for time poor people, and even the kids will love this one!!
You can make a few batches of this recipe in one go and keep them in the fridge for a couple days.
For about 5 serves…
Divide 1/2 cup of chia seeds evenly in to 5 containers
Start with 3 cups of almond milk or coconut milk, divide evenly in to the 5 containers.
From here add any flavors you like….
– Chopped apple & cinnamon
– Cacao & raspberries
– Cocao & coffee (add a little instant coffee or reduce the amount of milk and add a shot of coffee to the chia seeds)
– Chopped banana and honey
– Mango & coconut
Mix all your ingredients together and pop them in the fridge to set overnight. Use glass jars with lids so you can put the ingredients in, put the lid on and shake the jar to combine the ingredients… it doesn’t get much faster or tastier!!
