Are you feeling frumpy, bloated, sluggish and flat out gross after eating a years worth of calories in a day or two!? Here’s my tips to getting back to feeling good…
Step 1: Move on. Christmas is about enjoying good food and drinks, being with friends and family and celebrating. It’s done. It was great. Let’s move on and don’t get even think about any food related guilt! 🙂
Step 2: Drink up! Drink LOTS of water. More than usual!! Flush out all the toxins – your body will appreciate it.
Step 3: Sweat it out! Get your body moving. Go for a walk / run, do a home workout. You will feel so much better for it!! You may have one of your best sessions this year with all the excess energy! 😉
A few days of over eating will not ruin your progress and goals. Get back on with the job now and keep moving forward!!
