Brenda McFadzen was a member at Red E for a long time a few years back, and left to train closer to home. We welcomed her back in February this year with our Bootcamp101 Program and it didn’t take long for her to get back into her old habits and rediscover the lifestyle balance that had worked so well for her in the past!
Brenda is a ball of positive energy and brings such an amazing vibe to all of her sessions. Anyone that trains with Brenda will know how hard she works through every sessions, but most importantly will know how consistent she shows up and puts the work in.
Brenda has dropped an amazing 42cm in measurements and 4.5kg since she returned to Bootcamp in February. Brenda was part of Red E’s running program and achieved outstanding results throughout the 12 weeks of the program, breaking her 1km and 2km time trials individually by 30 seconds each!
Well done for all your efforts in the first half of 2019, we look forward to seeing what you are capable of achieving over the rest of the year! We love your commitment and your award of June “Client of the Month” is recognition of this!
When did you start training and what was your motivation to start training with us here at Red E?I started back with Red E in February this year. I had suffered from Plantar Fasciitis and walked like a cripple every day for 18 months. My feet had started to come good. I needed help badly not only physically but mentally and new I couldn’t do it on my own.
What were your goals?
Lose weight: I had put on 8kg which may not seem a lot to some but when you are 5 foot nothing that is a lot.
Feel heathy, and run again.
What have you achieved? What benefits are you experiencing?
I have lost 4.5kg, 42cm, ran a PB in the 5km Marina Run (33.18mins) and have dropped 2 jean sizes!
