I had become so unfit not doing any type of exercise for so long and had put on weight since retiring, so decided it was time to do something about it, rang around a few places and liked what Red E had to offer.
My goals were to become fitter and along the way lose some weight. Now I feel a lot healthier, I have changed my eating habits not on a diet, but making better choices with foods. I am feeling a lot fitter, I can now do things I would have never thought possible
I love training with Liz we encourage each other and on our non-gym days, we walk together.
I love that all the people at Red E are friendly and always willing to help.
I had put on heaps of weight and felt very unfit over the years, so when my friend Bev suggested getting a personal trainer, I thought, this is what I really need to do. I am 56 and needed to change my eating habits and get a bit healthy.
I am very happy and excited about what we have achieved in the last 9 weeks. My good friend, Bev is also my training partner and it’s so much better training and achieving results together. We support each other and go for walks 4 to 5 times a week.
It’s a big high for me to lose weight and able to achieve conquering some of the exercises that we would have never thought to do on our own.
I have been a yoyo dieter for so long and I am so determined to eat regularly and good healthy foods. What I have learnt is that I don’t have to starve myself to lost weight. Just eat more of the healthy foods to fuel my body for my training.
