Ingredients:-
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- ½ cup coconut butter
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 5-6 tblsp water
- ¼ tsp vanilla bean powder
Method:-
- Mix all ingredients together
- Place in a non stick tray to make a slice, or roll into balls as shown in picture
- Place in freezer for minimum of an hour
