Aaron has been training at Red E since August 2014 and has come a long way in a few short months! His fitness has increased, his body weight and body fat % has reduced and he is looking a lot fresher and less stressed! Aaron completes 3—4 Personal Training Sessions per week and having the appointment and commitment to a trainer has paid off very well for his fitness and health! His efforts earned him our November “Client of the Month” Award! Congratulations Aaron!
What was your motivation to start training with us here at Red E?
My motivation to start training with Red E Training came from advice from my doctor telling me I need to lose weight to lower my blood pressure as well a general feeling of being unhealthy, tired, headaches and having a sore back regularly.
What were your goals?
My goals were to lose weight, lose centimetres, form healthy eating habits, lower blood pressure and generally be healthier and more active.
How have you gone with your goals?
So far I have gone really well achieving all the goals that I have set to date and working towards new goal that I have set recently. So far I have changed my eating habits improved my strength and lost 11cm off my stomach in the process. I feel much more energetic and self-confident for the change.
What did you do to achieve your results?
To achieve the results I have so far, I have stuck to foods that are healthy and fresh (cut out soft drink and fast foods) regular exercise and working with my trainer to stay motivated and enjoying the challenge.
What permanent lifestyle changes have you made?
Healthy eating and regular exercise.

Favourite ‘Not So Clean’ Snack? Chocolate
Favourite Exercise? Leg Press and smashing out some 300 plus kg weights
Least Favourite Exercise? Calf Raises!
