Robyn Ford is a fitness machine! She has been training with us since April 2015; She is fitter, stronger and more determined than ever. The last few months Robyn has really come out of her shell to prove that no challenge is too hard for her; she has completed huge performance goals like doing Pull ups, squatting her own body weight, doing box jumps and as a result of smashing these goals she has gained lean muscle.
Most recently Robyn completed the 12 Week “Little Black Dress” Challenge. Her results over all these months earned her September’s ‘Client of the Month’ Award, and she then was announced our OVERALL WINNER of the 12 Week Challenge at the Awards Presentation on 31st October!! Well done Robyn!! Your attitude towards training is very inspiring.

What was your motivation to enter the 12 Week “Little Black Dress” Challenge?
I needed to set some goals to keep myself motivated.
What were your goals?
I had a few…
* to drop a dress size
* tone up
* NO SOFT DRINK
* to do pull-ups
* improve box jumps
* improve squats
My trainer told me NOT to focus on weight loss – that it will come if I work hard on the goals I have set. And he was correct!
What achievements have you made?
I’m very excited that I have achieved ALL MY GOALS AND MORE! By doing this 12 Week Challenge it has given me the confidence in myself to achieve MORE goals in the future!! (Robyn’s challenge results were outstanding, including 4kgs lost, 3.1% body fat and 19cm gone. Her comparison photos showed the huge changes!!)
What did you do to achieve your results?
My training plan consisted of:
* Personal Training at Red E three times per week with Harry 🙂
* Running or walking two times per week (hills or flat)
* One touch football game (40 mints) and one touch football training (one hour) each week
The biggest change for me with my diet was giving up soft drink (COKE!) and just eating less breads / pasta…
What permanent lifestyle changes have you made?
I think this is an easy question for me—NO MORE soft drink for sure. It has made a big difference not only do I not feel bloated any more but also my skin is much clearer and I don’t have the highs and lows that soft drink cause… I will also keep the goal of exercise, because I LOVE training at Red E!!!
