Overnight oats are perfect to prepare in advance for breakfast on the run! There are so many delicious combinations—you’d think you’re eating dessert!
INGREDIENTS: (serves 2)
- 2/3 cups oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon coconut
- Juice of 1 orange
- Juice of 1 lime
- Tiny bit of fresh ginger grated
- 2 dates chopped
- 1 apple chopped
INSTRUCTIONS:
Place all dry ingredients in to a glass dish/jar, pour over the orange & lime juice.
Stir in ginger, apple and dates.
Leave in the fridge to soak overnight.
Add some plain yoghurt, honey and berries to serve (optional)
