What was your motivation to start training with us here at Red E?
I got tired of looking in the mirror and not liking what I saw. And I went overseas and struggled to keep up, even ended up with an injury because I wasn’t healthy enough. Made me take a long look at myself and realise I wasn’t living, just existing.
What were your goals?
To lose 30kg+, be stronger, healthier and fitter.
How have you gone with your goals? What achievements have you made? What benefits do you feel?
Slow and steadily accomplishing my goals. Still have a long way to go. Completed the 5km Marina fun run. Felt incredible and so proud that I accomplished something I would never have even considered doing before.
What did you do to achieve your results?
My nutrition has improved considerably, my diet now doesn’t consist of chocolate, fast food and soft drink. Was training 3 days a week and have now upped it to 4.
What permanent lifestyle changes have you made?
Nutrition again. I don’t think I could go back to the way I was before. And exercise, I don’t think I could live without it now. I love how it makes me feel, powerful and that I can do anything.
