Ingredients:
- 1 cup hazelnuts
- 1cup dates
- ½ cups cacao powder
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 Tablespoons hazelnut spread / clean choc-hazelnut spread (any nut butter will work)
- Shredded coconut to roll in
Directions:
Soak dates in hot water to soften.
Add all ingredients to food processor except for the shredded coconut.
Blend until combined.
Take spoonfuls of mixture and roll in to a ball then roll in coconut.
Keep balls in the fridge.
