- 3 Chicken Breasts cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoons Tikka Masala paste
- 400g tin condensed tomato soup
- 3 tablespoons natural yoghurt
Heat a non stick fry pan, add the chicken and fry for 5-6 mins or until browned.
Add the curry paste and soup, mix to combine and simmer for 15 minutes.
Stir in the yoghurt and heat through.
Serve with rice or cauliflower rice, and garnish with coriander!
