- ½ cup oats
- ¼ cup Greek or plain yogurt
- ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1-2 tbsp. water, depending on consistency preference
- Sweetener, if required
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract
- ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
- ¼ cup unsweetened apple sauce
- 1 tbsp dried cranberries
Combine all ingredients for the oats into a mixing bowl and stir well.
Save a few dried cranberries for garnishment, if desired.
Spoon the mixture into the mason jar.
Place lid on the mason jar and place into the refrigerator overnight.
If needed, you can add a splash of milk to reach creamier consistency.
