All you need is yourself a positive attitude and the determination to smash this home workout. Check all good then let’s go!!! Set a timer for 15 minutes, that’s as long as it takes but you have to make it worth it.
Alter the exercises for your hardest option.
1 squat
1 push-up
1 low jack
1 burpee
1 crunch
