
Ingredients:
- Traditional Oats
- 1/2 Banana
- Chopped Strawberries
- Blueberries
- Macadamia Nuts (6-8)
- Coconut Flakes
- Natural / Low Fat Greek Yoghurt
Directions:
Pop oats in bowl and mix into approx 2 tablespoons of yoghurt
Chop your fruit up and add on top
Add the coconut flakes and a dollop of yoghurt
Enjoy!!
HINT: The earlier you can make this before eating, the more the oats will absorb the yoghurt. Mix it up and leave in fridge and top with fruit before you eat it! YUM!!
