Leah Fraser was a member of Red E for a long time previously, and returned to Red E as part of our Semi Private Training program in August 2018. Since then she has shown tremendous consistency, and outstanding effort in every session.
Performance wise Leah has made an impressive progress in her ‘Testing Week’ for strength, and continuously shows intensity week in week out. Physically Leah has fully transformed her body shape shedding 14.6kg and 49.5cm off from her body in the last 6 months!!
Leah’s results are just a testament to how hard she has been working and all the effort she has put in over the last six months. Congratulations on an amazing transformation of your lifestyle and your body!
Our March 2019 “Client of the Month” award is just the icing on the cake!

When did you start training and what was your motivation to start training with us here at Red E?
I re-joined Red E in August 2018. I had a gastric sleeve operation in March 2018 and wanted to minimise the possibility of being left with loose skin.
What were your goals?
To tone up and increase my fitness and strength.
What have you achieved? What benefits are you experiencing?
I have lost a lot of cm’s and my fitness has improved so much. I am feeling a lot more confident with my body shape and every little milestone I make with my fitness pushes my confidence and self-belief a little higher.
What did you do to achieve your results?
I have been doing semi private sessions 2 days a week since I re-joined.
What permanent lifestyle changes have you made?
Having had the sleeve operation my main lifestyle changes have really centred around my fitness, I do however have to be sensible about the type of food that I eat. Because I can only have small meals, I need to make sure they are reasonably healthy so I get as many nutrients and vitamins as possible, naturally.
Fave healthy food: Oven Baked Chicken stuffed with Ricotta and Spinach.
Fave treat food: Once upon a time I would have said chocolate, I was a real sweet tooth, now my tastebuds have changed and I prefer savoury treats – cheese, dips and bickies are a favourite.
Fave exercise: I love any sessions that have a mix of Cardio and Weights. I also really like the rower.
Least fave exercise: Step ups/box jumps – I am so un- coordinated I have been known to fall off the step. Also not a huge fan of jogging/running, only because I suck at it, I would really like to be able to jog/run without feeling like I’m going to die haha
Favourite Quote? When I first read this question the first thing that popped into my head was “Nobody puts baby in a corner” and now I can’t think of anything else lol. Deep I know!!! On a more serious note, I think that any quote that resonates kindness, makes you smile and lifts your spirits is great; there is way too much nastiness and hate in the world today.
Advice for others starting out… Do something you enjoy and find a trainer/fitness centre that you feel comfortable with. Start out slow and build yourself up. Don’t worry if someone else is getting results faster than you, the only person you are competing against is yourself. Most important, stick with it.
