Ingredients:
- 1 cup Apricots
- ½ cup Craisins
- ½ cup goji berries
- 1 cup almonds
- ½ Cup cashews
- 1 ½ cups coconut flakes
- 1 ½ scoops Vanilla Protein
- ¼ cup Rice Malt Syrup
- ½ cup Desiccated Coconut for rolling
Directions:
1. Process apricots, craisins and goji berries in a food processor until it starts to stick together
2. Add almonds, cashew nuts, vanilla protein, coconut flakes and rice malt syrup
3. Process until mixture comes together
4. Roll into 5cm diameter balls and coat in desiccated coconut.
