- 1 scotch fillet steak
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 inch of diced ginger
- 2 tbs Tamari Soy Sauce
- 2 tbs Salt Reduced Oyster Sauce
- ½ cup walnuts or Almonds
- 1 x Julienned carrot
- Iceberg Lettuce Leaves (for display)
- ½ brown onion diced
- Brown the beef, onions, ginger and garlic all together.
- Add in the soy sauce, oyster sauce and walnuts or almonds.
- Heat through and serve in lettuce cups with carrot as garnish.
