- 1 large sweet potato
- 1 x 425g tin tuna in spring water
- 1 packet Dutch Curry & Rice Soup Mix
- 1 grated carrot (optional)
- 1 finely chopped onion (optional)
- Herbs / Spices / Salt / Pepper
1. Boil & mash the sweet potato.
2. Drain the tuna and mix in with the potato.
3. Add in the soup mix.
4. Add in any herbs of choice, along with the carrot and onion.
5. Let the mixture cool for awhile in fridge.
6. Roll in to patties and grill.
7. Enjoy with a large salad!
