- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tbs rice malt syrup (or honey, or maple syrup)
Option: Add 2-3 tablespoons (to your taste) of cacao or cocoa powder for a chocolate flavoured mousse!!!
Blend all together! Super easy!
Eat by itself as a low-sugar dessert or snack or layer with granola (see Tegan’s Great Granola recipe here) for a delicious low-sugar breakfast or snack!
