If you’re tight, hold tension in your body, or simply need to improve your posture and flexibility then this session is definitely for you!
Stress is a major factor in all our lives, so taking time out even once per week for your own health (and sanity!) is really important. Training isn’t always about how hard and far you can push yourself… listen to what your body needs. One hour spent at a lower pace where you have to concentrate on nothing but your breathing and s-l-o-w-ing down will refresh and revitalise you.
We all know we need to stretch more (who doesn’t want their body to feel better?), but actually doing it is another thing!
We incorporate movements from the “Stretch Therapy” principles, along with PNF and ballistic movements, as well as partner work. These movements accompanied by breathing sequences will relax your body, improve your posture and mobility, and clear your head.
You will leave the room feeling like you are floating.
Sessions run on Saturday mornings at 8.30am our Red E Studio, Brisbane Street. Your investment is $15 for all participants.
