Since beginning with Red E she has made significant improvements in her physical fitness ability and well as achieving consistent results! Sharelle recently took part in our 2018 8 Week “Little Black Dress” Project with her focus she achieved amazing results of dropping almost 8kgs and 28.5cm from her body!! To date, (January 2019) Sharelle has lost over 10kgs!
Congratulations Sharelle! The sum of all of your efforts coming together has amounted to great results!!
When did you start training and what was your motivation to start training with us here at Red E?
I started back in January 2017 with a friend on the “21 Day Kickstart” programme and basically kept going from there. I was feeling terrible after the Xmas and New Year period and wanted to get fitter and lose weight.
What were your goals?
Basically just to get fit as my son at the time was 3 and I wanted to be able to keep up with him and how much energy he has. Also to feel better within myself with more energy & to lose weight
What have you achieved? What benefits are you experiencing?
I have increased my fitness, toned up & lost weight. I find that by exercising at least three times a week it helps me kept focused at work and keeps the stress at bay.
Sticking to the 8 Week “Little Black Dress” Project challenge was my latest achievement. In that 8 weeks alone I lost almost 8kgs!! And since September 2018, I have lost 10kgs (as of January 2019) and my next goal is to do another 5kg by Easter. For 2019 I have made a decision to set small goals, achieve them and then make the next one which I have never done before.
What did you do to achieve your results?
I cut down on meal sizes, made healthier choices and stopped dipping in the lolly jar at 3pm. Night time snacking is also a no no. I do have days where everything is not healthy but I re-set the next day and roll from there.
What permanent lifestyle changes have you made?
I just plan my classes into my day and make sure where I can I get out and do something physical, even if it’s in the driveway at home with my son kicking the ball to one another.
Fave healthy food: Grilled Chicken, Avocado & Salad
Fave treat food: Hot chips or a chocolate
Fave exercise: Metafit when I am able to get to classes
Most “Dreaded” exercise: Sometimes the rower & army crawls. Anything in sand!
