If you really can’t get any protein in the morning to fuel your muscles for the day then you must try these!!
Ingredients:
- 4 egg whites
- 1 full egg
- Half scoop of vanilla or banana protein powder
- Half a cup of rolled oats
- 100ml of skim milk (or almond / rice milk)
- 100ml of water
Directions:
1. Mix together in a blender then tip hand size circles onto the pan.
2. Cook until light and fluffy
3. Serve with rice malt maple syrup the size of a 50c coin—just enough to dip in!
