- 40 – 50g oats
- 1/2 cup egg whites
- 1/2 cup water
- dash of vanilla
Blend and cook as a pancake. Easy!
Serve with lemon juice and sugar. Or sugar free maple syrup and/or berries.
Add cinnamon and/or nutmeg.
Add coconut essence and raspberries.
Experiment with different essenses, spices and fruit to find a flavour you enjoy!
