- 3 – 4 egg whites (or 1/2 cup liquid whites)
- 1/3 – 1/2 cup traditional oats
- equal amount of water
- natural yoghurt
- organic maple syrup
Blend egg whites, oats and water together.
Chop up two strawberries and mix in.
Cook as pancakes on stove-top or pop into a microwave for 90 – 120 seconds.
Top with tablespoon of natural yoghurt and small amount of maple syrup.
Add the strawberries after cooking.
Add your fruit of choice!
Add a dash of cinnamon.
