Ashley’s 12 Week Progress Photos!
ASHLEY has made some huge changes in 2014, and as a result of her commitment—she was our April 2014 CLIENT OF THE MONTH!! Ashley is a very loyal long-term client, originally starting with Bootcamp, and quickly committing to the VIP Program. At the start of 2014, Ashley wanted to up the ante on her training and make some further changes, so has been doing the “Fit Chicks” Program—and her results have been ASTOUNDING!!
This is a perfect example why the scales DO NOT MATTER!! According to the scales, Ashley’s weight didn’t change, but her measurements were different and just look at how much her body composition has changed. That is the importance of taking progress photos – scales have many variances but a camera won’t lie.
Here’s Ashley’s story…
What motivated you to start training?
Originally my wedding but I just couldn’t stop once I started!
What were/ are your goals?
Initially it was to just create some discipline in working out regularly. My current goal is to run 5km in June at the Mackay Marina Run!
What have you been doing to achieve your goals?
Running training with Red E Tues/Thurs with the Marina Run Training Program. I do the “Fit Chicks” Weight Training Program Mon/Wed and then other Bootcamp sessions and bike riding in between!
What have your results been?
I am faster at 1 and 2km time-trial runs. I can lift heavier weights then I thought possible. My clothes fit better and I am much more focused and determined to beat my PB’s. My energy levels are so much higher and I have an increased metabolism!
What did you to do achieve your goals?
Stayed consistent and persevered through the pain!
What permanent lifestyle changes have you made?
Exercise, being active and making healthy choices is just a part of everyday day.
Favourite ‘clean’ food? Spicy chicken. Favourite ‘not-so-clean’ food? Popcorn (from the cinema)
Favourite form of training? Definitely “Fit Chicks” Program! (I love weights)
What is your favourite exercise? Deadlift and cycling
Least Favourite? Lunges and running
