Mick started training with us in 2012, along with his two daughters. Their dedication and results in their first few months of training earned them our first ever “Client of the Month” Award (a joint one!) in January 2013.
What was your motivation to start training with us here at Red E?
I realised that I had let my health & fitness go and I wanted to ensure I had a happy & healthy life ahead of me.
What were your goals?
To lose some weight, get fitter and feel better about myself.
How have you gone with your goals? What achievements have you made? What benefits do you feel?
I have lost some weight. Definitely feel fitter and am back waterskiing after 10 years. I’m more confident in myself and happy to go out and about again.
What did you do to achieve your results?
Trained with my personal trainer 3 times a week and have made changes with my diet.
What permanent lifestyle changes have you made?
I’ve committed to making a whole lifestyle change.
It’s been great to have trainers like I’ve had, who are committed to my goals just as much as I am.
They keep me motivated when it all becomes too hard and they’ve been able to design programs around my previous injuries.
