Maho Nemoto has been training with Red E since October 2015 and has made exceptional progress in this time. Maho’s extreme dedication and intensity during her sessions has seen her increase her strength, flexibility, mobility and endurance tremendously in the last few months. Maho’s determination, intensity and most of all consistency week in, week out has made transformed her into the incredible strong and agile lady she is now! Every challenge Maho takes on is done with a “can do’ attitude, and she is not one to shy away from being pushed past her limits! What was your motivation to start training with us here at Red E?
When I moved to Mackay, I felt a little stressed in new environment (new lifestyle, new job..). I wanted to start positive routine and thought this was a good time to add healthy habits I always wanted to do.
What were your goals?
Improving my fitness and reducing my body fat.
How have you gone with your goals? What achievements have you made?
I’ve improved my muscle strength and boost my endurance. I couldn’t do a single push-up on my toes before, now I can do 15 reps or more! I feel so much stronger!
What benefits do you feel?
By treating my body right, I feel better mentally and physically.
What did you do to achieve your results?
Just trusted my PTs and followed their advice 🙂
What permanent lifestyle changes have you made?
Now exercise is a part of my daily life and I really enjoy it.
Fave “healthy” food: Avocado and fresh fruits

Most Dreaded exercise: Burpees!

Just do it! Exercise makes you feel great.
