Louise Corry has been a committed and consistent member at Red E since April 2018, as one of the first members of our “Fit Mums“ sessions!
When Louise saw the info for our 8 Week ‘Little Black Dress’ Project, she was keen for the extra challenge and she new it was what she needed to keep her super focused!
Louise achieved her initial goals by the half way point of the LBD Project – and she was so happy, she cried! Her kids were with her and even though they are too young to understand, we know that she was sos proud of being able to achieve that and for her family! In her words she is a much happier person now and a better mum and wife!

What was your motivation to join the 8 Week “Little Black Dress” Project?
It was seven-eight months after having my 2nd child and I wasn’t feeling great. It was the most unhealthiest I had felt in a long time. I was inactive and had some poor eating habits. I was looking for motivation to change and come across Red E “Fit Mums” and when I saw info on the 8 Week “Little Black Dress” Project I knew it was exactly what I needed.
What were your goals for the Challenge?
- Fit back into my size 10 undies.
- Back to pre baby weight.
How did you go with your goals? What achievements did you make? What benefits do you feel?
I actually achieved my goals early in the eight weeks, so everything after that was a a bonus. I was so happy with results that I cried. I haven’t felt this good in AGES.
What did you do to achieve your results?
I went to “Fit Mums” three times a week and did two at-home workouts each week. I also removed a lot of sugar from my diet and made better food choices.
What permanent lifestyle changes have you made?
I’m a much happier person now. I’m a better mum and wife. I’ve got more energy, motivation and physical strength. I’m exercising regularly, drinking more water and thinking more about what I choose to eat. These are all things that I plan to maintain in the future.
