Leah Tibaldi decided to commit to the 12 Week Challenge to keep herself on track, especially in the lead-up to a holiday to Hawaii. Leah was so committed and consistent with her challenge by logging her food intake every day, and even checking in on her mum to make sure she was too! Leah never let anything get in her way, she was so focused and determined. Leah wins the Super Star award for her total commitment!! She lost 1.3% body fat and 16cm in her measurements! What was your motivation to enter the 12 Week “Little Black Dress” Challenge?
I wanted to give it a go, and give me something to keep on track. I also want to feel good for my Hawaii trip.
How were your goals for the challenge?
My goals were to see if I could follow the plan.
How did you go with your goals? What achievements did you make? What benefits do you feel?
I logged my food every single day to keep on track with what I was eating. I drank more water. I feel like I am stronger and I feel smaller in my clothes.
What did you do to achieve your results?
I exercised more and I ate well. I put more effort in with both exercise and food.
What permanent lifestyle changes have you made?
Do exercise every day and know how to eat better.
