Kellie has been a long time member of Red E’s Bootcamp for Women program since 2017! She has consistently putting in full effort each and every week.
In the last 6 months Kellie has taken her training to a whole new level. She displayed a strong work ethic and pushed herself harder than before. The
results have spoken for themselves over the last few months not only through the transformation in Kellie’s body shape but also in her physical performance.
Kellie set her 1km personal best and 2km personal best times as part of our Running Program for the Mackay Marina Run with both improving by over 30 seconds! (Update – In June she set her personal best in her 8km race at the Mackay Marina Run!).
Kellie has also reduced her body measurements by 51cm and lost a total of 9.8kg since starting with our Bootcamp For Women sessions.
Kellie’s focus towards her nutrition and dieting habits has greatly improved and by educating herself and working with our trainers, has found a balance in her diet that allowed her the flexibility to enjoy her lifestyle, while simultaneously making fantastic progress that she can sustain!
Month to month Kellie’s check-ins have shown small, yet consistent changes that have ultimately amounted to astonishing results.

When did you start training and what was your motivation to start training with us here at Red E?
In August 2017, when in the Bootcamp101 Program (for beginners) I started at Red E after cancelling my gym membership (which I had stopped using), and was looking for something different.
What were your goals?
Improve my overall health by being active, and having a go at something new.
What have you achieved? What benefits are you experiencing?
After attending running group twice every week my times for 1km and 2km have improved and my 5km time has been smashed by 3 minutes!! The results speak for themselves. I also have improved fitness, weight loss and am happier within myself.
What did you do to achieve your results?
Turned up to boot camp every week ready to smash it!!
What permanent lifestyle changes have you made?
Eating healthier, exercising regularly.
Fave healthy food: Sweet potato and pineapple
