If I asked you to do a five hour training session, I can imagine the looks I’d get in return. (Errr hell no!!)
What if you could commit ten minutes, every day, for the next 29 days… that’s a total of four hours fifty minutes of ADDITIONAL activity for the month… and it only takes ten minutes a day.
All of those short sessions compounding will lead to further results. Do you think that would benefit you right now?
The “mental” challenge may come in the form of your body being tired, your muscles being sore… but your mind being stronger and pushing you through it. If you can conquer that, you’ll have a stronger mind as well as body.

You know, I almost didn’t put the burpees in… well because, they suck haha! But that’s exactly the point of a CHALLENGE. Doing the things that you find ‘hard’ or like less. Disciplining yourself to do it anyway. Getting rid of any ’emotion’ related to exercises and just getting them done regardless.
PROGRESS DOES NOT come from staying in your comfort zone. Learn to love getting uncomfortable, as that’s when growth happens.
