Owen Ralph has made a huge and very impressive lifestyle overhaul. He is an absolute pleasure to have at Red E and has been a “Client of the Month” Award winner. Here’s a little bit more about Owen…
What was your motivation to start training with Red E Personal Training?
Well I suppose I was going through a big change in my life (separation) and I was overweight and unfit, so I made the decision to change my life around for me and especially my three daughters. I decided to join Red E to help physically and mentally get me on the right track and WOW, as a team we have certainly achieved this!!!
What were your goals?
As well as changing my lifestyle for myself and my three girls, my personal goals were to drop approx 20kgs by getting down to 85/90kg (from 109kgs) and feel a lot fitter!
How have you gone with your goals? What achievements have you made? What benefits do you feel?
Woohoo!! I met my goal a couple of months ago of 85kg from approx 109kg. I’ve dropped 24kgs!! I feel like a new person; I really do. I feel so much fitter and feel really good about myself. As for the benefits, well just ask my daughters. There is nothing that their young dad can’t keep up to them with now, whether swimming, running on the beach or bush walking – we enjoy it all now!!
What did you do to achieve your results?
- Physically I committed to training at least three times per week with my trainers at Red E.
- Changes to my diet was a big thing along with exercising correctly.
- Mentally I stayed positive and focused.
What permanent lifestyle changes have you made?
Daily exercise is a must and eating fruit and veggies everyday, as well as keeping a positive attitude.
I would like to say a huge thank you to the whole Red E team, from the front counter to out the back! You all really are a great team and show strong integrity for the Red E business. Thanks so much for your expert advice and the professionalism to get me where I am today, because seriously I could not have done it without you all – I really couldn’t!!
Thanks and Kind Regards, Owen and the girls!! 🙂
