PROGRAM SPECIFICALLY FOR WOMEN WHO WANT TO BEGIN STRENGTH TRAINING!
This “Intro to Strength” program is specifically for women who know the importance of a strength training program and know they need to lift weights but are not sure which exercises to do or how to do them.
If you want the extra help getting started, and being taught correctly under the guidance of our experienced personal trainers, our next “Intro to Strength Training” Program is starting very soon!
It’s a Women’s Only Program held in a Semi-Private format (small group) in our Red E Studio. The program lasts for 6 weeks, and we take a limited number of ladies so that they all receive the guidance, direction and attention that they need. Once it’s booked out, we can put you on a waiting list for the next round!
This program is for women who:
– Are beginners or just don’t know where to start with strength training
– Know they need to be strength training but don’t know where to start
– Want to increase strength to complete everyday tasks easier
– Want to build lean muscle mass
– Want to learn the exercises correctly
– Want to be surrounded by other supportive ladies starting in the same place
– Can commit to training under the guidance of an exercise professional
– Willing to invest in themselves!
The program consists of:
* 2 x strength training sessions each week
* 1 x bonus cardio based group training session
* access to nutrition tools including food guides and recipe books
* all the additional inclusions of being a Red E member.
Sessions times can be discussed over the phone. We will be holding an evening program and a day time program in our Private Studio in Brisbane Street! Other session times will be included upon demand.

Our Semi-Private Training program based on 2 x private sessions + 1 x group session equates to the same investment as what you would pay for one PT session yourself.

There is no obligation to join if you express interest – it simply means you would like more information at this stage. If you’re looking for a “cheap” training session, we won’t be suitable.
We give 100% to our clients each and every session and work with people who are serious about results, and investing in themselves. On the flip-side, the investment will be significantly less than One-on-One Personal Training and if you are willing to listen, apply our coaching to increase your strength and overall outlook on effective fitness, you will get life-enhancing results.
