Mid-2013, Red E ran a Community “Your Best Body” 8 Week Challenge for The Leukaemia Foundation. One of the amazing transformations over the eight weeks was Lee Davis! She was also crowned our September ‘Client of the Month’!
Lee started Bootcamp for Women in April 2013 due to having debilitating heart palpitations her whole life—she wanted to get healthier for once and for all! Since starting training, she has not had one heart palpitation! The YBB Challenge was the focus Lee needed to see what she could do within a set time-frame. She was already in good shape and it was never about losing weight—she wanted to COMMIT to her healthy eating, get fitter and shape her body. Her training plan consisted of three morning Bootcamp Sessions plus two nights of weight training in our Fit Chicks Weight Training Program! She also came to the Saturday morning YBB Bootcamp every week. Lee cut out all processed and fatty foods, eating totally natural with no packaged ‘foods’ or refined sugars and overhauled her whole pantry.
Lee’s physical transformation is stunning! She says, “My life has changed completely!! I am the healthiest I have ever been!
I have three beautiful young children to care for and try and keep up with! I have a very busy lifestyle running a business with my husband which is 7 days a week and I now have the energy to keep going! I feel really proud and more determined than ever to keep going. I will definitely be sticking with my new lifestyle and I would love to challenge myself in the future to run further than the 5km run I completed a few months ago. I also feel silly that I didn’t do something sooner, as this lifestyle is now just pure habit and ‘normal’! I feel absolutely wonderful, healthy and fit, and loads of energy and have met some lovely people and made friends for life!”
