Diana Lade has been training with us since mid 2014 and in this past year she has accomplished some amazing goals while making a complete health and lifestyle transformation. Diana has become stronger, fitter and more determined than ever to tackle some serious challenges such as running or lifting heavy. her amazing achievements and body transformation earnt her Red E’s June “Client of the Month” Award! Congratulations Diana you deserve it!
What was your motivation to start training with us here at Red E?
I had been training myself for a while and hadn’t seen the results I was chasing (and didn’t really know what to do!). My partner Jaimus had an awesome transformation through Red E so I took the plunge and joined up starting with the 2014 12 Week “Little Black Dress” Challenge.
What were your goals?
Firstly I wanted to lose weight and body fat, now my goals are strength based (be able to squat my original weight 75kg, do a pull up, 50kg bench press! And I smashed them all) 🙂
What achievements have you made?
I’ve reached all my goals so far. I was a runner up in the LBD challenge which was an added bonus! I feel the fittest and strongest I have ever been.
What did you do to achieve your results?
Initially I was training 3 times a week PT with Red E and every other day on my own. I’ve also done Bootcamp (Saturday sessions with Harry still my favourite!) and am now doing ladies only Semi Private Training, yoga once a week and most days in the gym.
What permanent lifestyle changes have you made?
We have made a complete lifestyle change since we started training. We hardly ever drink, eat clean 80% of the time and spend so much more time together training and being active. I have (secretly!) been studying a Cert 3 in fitness as well.
Fave ‘clean’ food: Salmon and salad!
Fave ‘not so clean’ food: Coffee and chocolate!
Fave exercise: Bench press and deadlifts
Most ‘Dreaded’ exercise: Burpees!!

Advice for others starting out:
Just do it! You will really surprise yourself with what you can achieve with the right training and advice.
