
12 Minute Interval Training Session
Set your interval Timer up for 12 rounds of 50 seconds of work, and 10 seconds rest.
– 10 x high knees + 10 x mountain climbers
– Skip or isometric squat hold
– 2 fwd jump + 2 bwd jump + burpee
– 10 x Russian twists + 5 x overhead crunches
