Heather has personified the idea of consistency, intensity and determination week in week out since she started with Red E in October 2018. Not only was Heather’s intensity and consistency displayed in her Personal Training and group sessions, she shows incredible discipline to maintain her running and Hockey training every week.
Heathers ability to push herself mentally and physically is second to none and Heather has no hesitation pushing herself to a level that is far from comfortable. The physical strength that Heather has gained in the last 10 months has been incredible to see and this just compliments the way that Heather has reshaped her body. Heather has lost 10kg and dropped a dress size since starting training with us. She is also running the fastest she ever has with a PB in the 5km at the Mackay Marina Run!
Heather has the unique attribution that not only is she intense and driven in everything that she does, but she shows tremendous consistency to do it even after multiple days of already tough training.
Congratulations on all your efforts Heather and your August 2019 “Client of the Month” Award! We look forward to seeing what else you achieve!

Advice for others starting out… Just keep going. It can be easy to stop and give up when your goals seem too far away or you go backwards, but just keep going and little by little you will get there.
