- Chicken Tenderloins or Chicken Breast cut into strips
- Shredded coconut
- ½ cup coconut flour
- 1 egg
Beat egg in a shallow bowl.
Mix coconut flour and coconut in separate bowl.
Coat chicken strips in egg mixture then coconut mixture.
Cook in frypan with spray of coconut oil OR bake in oven until golden brown.
Serve with veges or a fresh salad.
