Ingredients:
Base:
- 1 Cup Oats
- ¼ Cup Choc Protein Powder
- 2 tbl Almond Butter
- 2 tbl Coconut Butter
Filling:
- 2 avocados
- 3 Bananas
- ½ cup Rice Malt Syrup
- ½ cup of Choc Protein Powder / Cacao Powder
- ¼ Cup Coconut Butter
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients together from the base ingredients (if not holding, add a little more almond butter. Press into a greased tart base and refrigerate.
2. Blend all the ingredients from the filling ingredients together until creamy and thick. Pour into base and refrigerate until set.
Variations:
- Decorate with raspberries or strawberries.
- Dust with cacao powder.
