2012 Red E Olympics!!

At Red E, we love any opportunity to celebrate an event or special days, by getting together with our clients for extra fun outside of training!

Saturday 17th August, 2012, we held our first Red E Olympics!  It was a warm yet foggy morning, made even more special when Trainer Lou appeared from the mist…

Four teams were randomly drawn and had a Team Trainer allocated.  Blue Team was led by Tegan, the Red Team had Lou pushing them on, Christine was in charge of the White Team, and Selina looked after the Black Team!  Each team assigned a Team Captain before the opening ceremony.

The Opening Ceremony

The event list included Team Challenges – “The Marathon”, “90 Seconds of Pushups”, “Fire & Storm” and “King of the Castle”.  Individual events included hurdles, beach flags, shot put (with medicine balls!), and long jump!  The Olypmpic Champion Team was a tie between Team Blue and Team Black!!

“King of the Castle” Winners!

Everyone had a great morning and let their competitive spirit out!  Visit our Facebook Page to see our photos of the day, including the individual winners here.

Congratulations Red E Athletes!!

We have three 10-20second YouTube clips of some of the events here.  Have a look at how much fun we had!

Bootcamp – Do it for the Flood Victims

Hi all,

If you are on our email list, then you’ll know we are now taking names for Red E’s Bootcamp for Women If you are still keen, to get onto it pronto!!  For YOUR health and fitness and also to help the victims of the floods.

Like the rest of Queensland, we are in absolute disbelief at the devastation caused by the floods in Central Queensland, Toowoomba, Brisbane and the surrounding areas.

So we have decided to donate $50 from every Bootcamp for Women Registration” to the Flood Relief Appeal.

Already, due to the excitement there is only a LIMITED number of spots available,  and we expect more women to jump on board right away, knowing that they are helping the flood victims as well as themselves.  If you have already registered we’re sure you will be even more excited knowing that part of your Registration Fee is helping those in need and if you haven’t signed up yet, then here’s a great opportunity for you to help yourself and those people who really need some assistance right now!

If you would like to sign-up be sure to let us know right away! We have had a few ‘issues’ with our website www.mackaybootcampforwomen.com.au – technology just isn’t out ‘thing!’…… But fun, fitness and fundraising for charity is.

However, we have added a link to this page.  Please see the Bootcamp for Women tabs above or  http://www.redepersonaltraining.com.au/bootcamp-for-women-2/ to sign up.

Here’s a quick overview:

Monday, Wednesday and Friday for four weeks starting on Monday 31st January.

CAMP 1: 5.30am – 6.30am
CAMP 2: 5.30pm – 6.30pm

Not sure if Boot Camp is for you? Here’s 5 reasons why I think it is, you get all of this at Boot Camp…

#1 – Fundraise: we will donate $50 of your Registration Fee to support the Flood Relief Appeal.

#2 – Support: You will always have a drill-sergeant…Err, I mean trainer to make sure you are doing all of the exercises in a safe and results effective manner.

#3 – Motivation: And of course the trainers on hand will push you hard to get the heart beating and the blood pumping.

#4 – Competition: It’s human instinct and impossible to resist. And when your competitive side kicks in you’ll find yourself trying hard to beat what the other ladies can do at Boot Camp. This friendly competition is good though, because it means you push yourself harder and get results faster.

#5 – Challenge: You will not have participated in an exercise circuit as intensive as this before and you WILL feel the burn (that’s good) after your very first session.

#6 – Fun: And finally, because of the Red E Personal Training Bootcamp group element, it’s just a good laugh which makes it a lot easier for you to commit to the sessions.

…Again, though that’s what I think… But I want to leave it up to you to decide for yourself which is why I am giving you the opportunity to attend our first ever Boot Camp for Women starting on 31st January! Full details on this website or click here:

…I know with all of this, your success is as certain as the sunrise and you can see the proof of that at our Boot Camp website… Just be sure to go there now and register before it’s too late.

We look forward to doing our part to help the victims of the devastating flood.
