We often hear that people don’t have time for breakfast, or don’t have an appetite first thing in the morning. Over the next few posts, we will share with you some quick and easy to prepare breakfast ideas that are good for you, will get your metabolism kick-started and taste so good all the family will enjoy!
Eating healthy doesn’t need to be difficult or time consuming. This time of year is fantastic for all the delicious summer fruit!! Try this for a super easy breakfast!
Chop fruit of your choice…
* Mango
* Apricot
* Kiwi fruit
* Raspberries
* Plum
* Peach
* Nectarine
* Grapes
Add a dollop of greek yoghurt and some coconut flakes & pepitas.
This can be made the night before if you are time poor in the morning.
You can make a big batch for the whole family or use the left over fruit for overnight oats… then you have the next days breaky sorted too! YUM!!!
