“My friend and I signed up for Bootcamp101 in January 2015 after seeing a post on Facebook. We both wanted to feel fitter and healthier. I must admit to feeling nervous before our first session because I thought that Bootcamp would be like what I had seen on TV and I knew that if someone screamed at me and told me to flip a tyre 1000 times I would be out of there!! There really was no need to be nervous because the staff at Red E are genuinely lovely and supportive and want to work with you so that you achieve your goals…they strike the right balance between being encouraging and challenging you to keep going when you think you cannot and to move outside your comfort zone.
