We know you love your Mackay Bootcamp for Women experience – ’cause we do too! All the ladies, across all of the camps are wonderful people, the supportive community you have built is something you should be proud of. You’re a BOOTCAMPER FOR LIFE!!
However you’ve wondered what it’s like ‘on the other side’. What happens in the mystical vortex that is the Red E studio. What the girls talk about when they say a “FAST” session. What the semi-private ‘stuff’ is all about. What it’s really like to play with the ‘big girl’ weights… Or… you already know and you want IN but you love Bootcamp too much!
Well BOOTCAMP PRO is for you!
So here’s what we’ve come up with:
A combination of the two services so you can get the best of both worlds.
And that’s a red-hot combo to accelerate your results and fitness gains! Basically, it’s Bootcamp on steroids (and in this industry that’s probably not the best way to describe it, but you get the point right!) 😉
The Semi-Private training sessions have a maximum of FIVE ladies in a session, so you receive the attention, support and motivation of a trainer – all the benefits of having your own personal trainer, for a lower investment than exclusive training!

We have a variety of times – in the morning and in the afternoon plus room to grow more during the day! Some timeslots are brand new, so you can get first dibs on locking in each week for the session.
We have many options in terms of commitment, but here’s a quick break-down:
1 x 1 hour session per week = $30/session (Usually $40 – save $10/session, $120 over 12 weeks!)
2 x 1 hour sessions per week = $25/session (Usually $35 – save $10/session, $240 over 12 weeks!)
That’s only 41c – 50c per minute that you’re training!!
As we offer RESULTS based services, the minimum commitment is 12 weeks (gotta get that body fine-tuned) and there is no maximum! However if you commit for longer straight off the bat, the session rates will reduce further.
You can commit to the same time-slot each week (create the habit and have your routine down-pat), or if you need a bit more flexibility with work and family commitments, you can book from week-to-week into a session at a time that suits.
If you’re away one week – you do two the next week to catch it up!
