Like the rest of Queensland, we are in absolute disbelief at the devastation caused by the floods in Central Queensland, Toowoomba, Brisbane and the surrounding areas.
So we have decided to donate $50 from every “Bootcamp for Women Registration” to the Flood Relief Appeal.
Already, due to the excitement there is only a LIMITED number of spots available, and we expect more women to jump on board right away, knowing that they are helping the flood victims as well as themselves. If you have already registered we’re sure you will be even more excited knowing that part of your Registration Fee is helping those in need and if you haven’t signed up yet, then here’s a great opportunity for you to help yourself and those people who really need some assistance right now!

Here’s a quick overview:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday for four weeks starting on Monday 31st January.
CAMP 1: 5.30am – 6.30am
CAMP 2: 5.30pm – 6.30pm
Not sure if Boot Camp is for you? Here’s 5 reasons why I think it is, you get all of this at Boot Camp…
#1 – Fundraise: we will donate $50 of your Registration Fee to support the Flood Relief Appeal.
#2 – Support: You will always have a drill-sergeant…Err, I mean trainer to make sure you are doing all of the exercises in a safe and results effective manner.
#3 – Motivation: And of course the trainers on hand will push you hard to get the heart beating and the blood pumping.
#4 – Competition: It’s human instinct and impossible to resist. And when your competitive side kicks in you’ll find yourself trying hard to beat what the other ladies can do at Boot Camp. This friendly competition is good though, because it means you push yourself harder and get results faster.
#5 – Challenge: You will not have participated in an exercise circuit as intensive as this before and you WILL feel the burn (that’s good) after your very first session.
#6 – Fun: And finally, because of the Red E Personal Training Bootcamp group element, it’s just a good laugh which makes it a lot easier for you to commit to the sessions.
