Sharon has been training with us for a few years now and over that time we have seen some great challenges achieved but there is something that we could not see happening but every time she trained “it” was improving without us thinking too much about it. Read below to see what it was.
What was your motivation to start training with us here at Red E?
My motivation to get started with Red E, came after I went to the doctor’s clinic to get a bone density scan. I discovered that my bones had lost bone density. I was shocked and knew I needed to get my bones more dense, now that I was aware of the risks to me of osteoporosis. I just wanted to try and counter this.
What were your goals?
My goals were quite similar to most people. I just wanted to feel fitter, lose some weight and build muscle.
How have you gone with your goals?
I have definitely built up my muscle and lost some weight but more importantly my bone density has increased due to the weights training that I have been doing. My body is in the best shape of it’s life and it has a lot to do with the consistency Red E Training has with always challenging me within each session. I always feel like I have worked out after the session and that feeling is fantastic.
What did you do to achieve your results?
I achieved my results by staying consistent. Consistent with my training, twice a week with Red E and then trying to do some extra walking on other days. Then there was the food side of things…..all I did was watch what I ate and kept processed food to a minimum.
What permanent lifestyle changes have you made?
My training has just become a part of my weekly routine. I now aim for at least 2 sessions a week plus doing a couple of walks with the dog.
I really enjoy my sessions at Red E and would recommend it to everyone for more then physique reasons…..for your health….for your life….your healthy bones!!!
